During a Miami Dade County plat committee meeting, the tentative plat for Eureka Estates was approved today, subject to some technical conditions that will be satisfied during the process. The plans for the water, sewer, paving and drainage connections have been submitted to the county, and we’re currently working on the approvals and connections for the rest of the utilities.
