On a unanimous vote, the Miami Dade Board of County Commissioners approved the zoning change and site plan of Eureka Estates. A mix of apartments and townhomes with private patios, the 73 units project will have a combination of studios, one, two and three bedroom units, a community pool, playground, gym, business center/clubhouse, management on site, electric car charging stations, CCTV monitoring and parcel lockers. The paving, drainage, water and sewer plans have been also approved. We expect to break ground before the end of 1Q2025. Click here to visit the project’s page.
